We have seen TJ, Andreas and some of the other 6.0 athletes wearing what looked to be technical outerwear with the logo we are oh so familiar with. Well here it is. The Nike 6.0 Outerwear line dropped and it is DOPE. I am so stoked on the designs presented this year at SIA. The only question I have now is… “Nike 6.0 is proud to announce TJ Schiller, Jossi Wells and Andreas Hatveit on Nike 6.0 outerwear.” (Nike6.com) Props to all the boys and girls in Beaverton.

Put your skis away because TJ Schiller just closed down the sport of free skiing for the next couple of years. Last night at Winter X Games 10 Ski Big Air, TJ landed a double corked 1620. Yes that is correct, 1620. He just ruined the sport by progressing it way too fast. Because of an awesome couple of jumps by Bobby Brown, TJ had to settle for the silver but I am not sure he is that bent about it. WOW!

TJ Schiller launched the site that we have all wanted from a pro athlete in the FreeSki industry. What we have here is a, FINISHED, blog with so much more. I am sure it will build a strong following fast. This season we will see what TJ can do. So stoked.
Henrik Harlaut takes the win at the Freestyle Berlin this weekend and is also the newest member of the Empire Attire Team. Putting in the time on Mt. Hood this summer season must have done Henrik well. Another guy that spends a lot of time at Mt. Hood, Sammy Carlson, won the Freestyle Zurich a couple weeks ago but came in second this weekend. TJ Schiller rounded the top three and Jacob Wester took fourth.

The FreeSki Big Air is the freeskier’s place to shine at the FreeStyle.ch in Zurich. Nike 6.0 FreeSkiers representing in a big way. Jossi Wells and TJ Schiller arrived yesterday and are getting ready as we speak for their first runs. Qualifications on Friday and Saturday, 20 riders will fight for one of the eight starting places for the finals on Sunday. SkiersRealm will report more news as it becomes available. After a long month of training on icy, hard pack, park jumps and competitions, the Nike 6.0 FreeSki Team of Sammy, Jossi, Simon and I TJ Schiller met up with photographer Blake Jorgenson Poorboyz filmers Phil Benjamin and Tyler Hamlet and Team Manager, Dave Driscoll In Nelson, British Columbia. It was the beginning of our 2 week powder adventure in the Kootney Mountain range.

The 6.0 team started it’s X Games week off right with Simon taking Bronze in the Superpipe. He had come into the contest, naturally, expecting Gold, as many others expected as well. And each of his three runs looked golden until its very last hit, or lack thereof. Just like last year, Simon was by many accounts the best skier in the contest, just without enough half pipe to show everything he could do. Although he had it dialed in practice, Simon went a little bigger in the contest and ended up running out of pipe before he could get his last-hit alley-oop nine.
