The snow drought does continue here in Bend, Oregon. Mt. Bachelor received a few inches last night but there’s nothing of much mass on the radar for the foreseeable future. Luckily, they’re still pumping out stoke videos like this one featuring Sammy Carlson. Should help kill some time between storms. All 3 min 44 sec of it!

Didn’t see this coming…Sammy Carlson leaves Salomon Skis and joins forces with Swiss ski maker APO Skis. First Simon Dumont says peace to Salomon and now Sammy…damn.

Just like your favorite holiday, it comes once every year. In fact it is my favorite holiday. It’s Opening Day and it’s time to ski.

The snow has arrived in Central Oregon! Look to be gettin’ some legit pow turns in by the end of the month!

Woke up to some cold temps and the first snow of the year in the Central Oregon Cascades. Life is good!

It might be Summer, but skiing isn’t over if you don’t want it to be.

Skiing isn’t done just yet. At least not here in the great Pacific NW. Mt. Bachelor has announced that it will re-open this July 2-4th. Summit to base, it’s time to shred once again!

You’ve seen it on NS, FS, TGR, & Powder….and probably more. But you gotta promote your home mountain when Sammy Carlson comes to shred what is no doubt the biggest park event ever to hit Mt. Bachelor….right?
