Watch X-Games gold medalist and all around bad ass, Jen Hudak, get down to it with a little dryland training. Just like Tanner Hall she uses all of the resources Park City, Utah, has to offer. Only the most elite athletes get a key to the U.S. Ski Team’s training facility. Props to EXPN contributor Megan Michelson for putting this video together. It is not everyday that we get a peak behind closed doors at what it takes to maintain the level of skiing that Jen is at.

What a good reminder that the season is right around the corner, and now is the time to get your body in shape to be able to handle the rigors of skiing.

Like how I felt snow shoeing up the cone. Bah. Sucks.
