We just came across the 2008 – 2009 Volkl Ski
dealer catalog. I had to take some time out of my day to check out specs on the new powder skis. Volkl seemed to have quite a bit of hype last year within the skiing community. It seemed like everyone I rode the chairlift with last year was on a pair of Volkl Gotama’s. Fortunately Völkl kept the top selling Gotama Ski in the line up this season with only a graphic change.
The most important section of the catalog, the 2009 Völkl Freeskiing Line, has been divided into three groups, Freeride, Backcountry and Freestyle. This has made the new catalog very easy to browse and super easy to compare all the different planks.
