Check out the new 2012 Marker Jester Pro Bindings. From what we could gather the new pro version will have all of the specs that we saw from the Jester this season with the addition of a reinforced aluminum anti sway bar. The strut will stiffen the toe piece to prevent pre-release when going big and landing hard.

(Justin Nyberg) “You don’t want to land after a 200 foot gap and have your skis pop off,” says Geoff Curtis, marketing director for Marker.
Retail Price $419.95

Marker Jester Pro Ski Binding Specifications:

  • Power Width Design for maximum power transmission
  • Stand height without ski only 19 mm
  • Superior holding power with Triple Pivot Elite Toe and Inter Pivot Heel
  • Centralized Swing Weight: cross-axis toe spring and compact mounting lead to a short binding, ideal for spins & twists
  • No-pull-out screws

$420 retail for a plastic binding? Hmm, I’ll have to ski them before I decide, but I’m thinking I’ll probably stick with Salomon STHs.

    For the pros only dude!
