Lib Tech NAS Skis
Lib Tech NAS Skis: A snowboard company making skis!? Yep, you read that correctly. Though if you ask Lib Tech they'd deny it and tell you to lay off the cheeba cookies. That's because instead of calling them ski's, Lib Tech has camouflaged their ski manufacturing behind the clever name of Lib Tech NAS. Which stands for Narrow Ass Snowboards. But make no mistake, the NAS line from Lib Tech is anything but a "narrow ass snowboard". Lib Tech (A.K.A. Mervin manufacturing) has been building industry leading snowboards for over 25 years. However, the manufacturing process is anything but typical at Lib Tech/Mervin, everything is done with a clean conscience. Meaning from start to finish, Mervin Manufacturing is the greenest maker of skis/snowboards Aside from being the most earth friendly and environmentally conscious company out there making skis today, there are a whole mess of other reasons to fall in love with Lib Tech Skis. When it comes to the company itself, Mervin Manufacturing/Lib Tech is the longest running and also the last of the major snowboard manufacturers in the USA. When it comes to the technology behind the product, Lib Tech has always been on the cutting edge. In fact their Lib Tech Magne-Traction has been cutting the cutting edge since it's inception into their Ski/Snowboard products. While it seems like a bit of magic may be involved, Lib Tech will confidently claim to all that the Magne-traction edge technology will turn ice into powder! Ridden by such skiers as Mike Wilson, Tim Dutton, and the late and incredibly missed Jamie Pierre, Lib Tech NAS skis have done more than just add to the Lib Tech/Mervin Manufacturing good reputation. They've taken it to whole new levels.
