SkiersRealm offers FREE SHIIPPING on all orders inside the continental lower 48 United States on any order over $99. If your order is below $99, we offer options to get you your purchase as fast and as cheap as possible.

Free shipping will be provided using the most economical method and are typically either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Need your gear sooner? You always have the option to pay for a faster shipping method.

Our customers are the most important thing to us. We’ll even put you before skiing. We’re not in this business to stuff our pockets with cash. We want you to receive the best possible deal on your ski gear. In order to make sure this is possible we’re committed to matching our competitions price. If you find the same product in stock at another authorized online retailer (no ebay, Amazon, or Craigslist kinda stuff), let us know and we’ll match it. Add that to our free shipping on orders over $99 and the fact that we have NO SALES TAX, and you will have more cash in YOUR pocket.

Fine Print: SkiersRealm price matches the final price of the competition: meaning price + all shipping and other fees. Price matching cannot be combined with any other SkiersRealm promotions. We have the right to refuse price matching at any time for any reason. In order to qualify for price matching, the item must be IN STOCK, identical make/model/year, condition, part number, color…etc. Basically what we’re saying is don’t try and work the system and pull a shiesty on us. We want you to get the best deal but won’t honor dishonesty.

Returns: Our customers come first. If you are ever less than 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your unused gear up to 14 days after you receive it. Contact us first and we will provide you with return instructions and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to include with the return shipment. After that, simply send us the merchandise in its original manufacturers packaging along with all tags, documentation and any included accessories. We will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method used within one business day. Please remember that your bank can take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account. If you receive your credit confirmation email and your account does not reflect the return, no need to panic it will be there soon. Feel free to ccontact us to confirm the return was processed.
